2. Description of Service

WhatWhereWhen.ai is a local search and business listing platform. We connect searchers with local businesses, events, and services. Businesses may list their information either for free or through paid subscription tiers.

3. Listing Requirements

All listings must represent a real, verifiable business, event, or service.
Listings must not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Adult content, illegal services, or content violating applicable law is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms, without refund.
Listings are subject to verification. Unverified listings may be suspended pending review.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid listing tiers (Standard, Premium, Featured) are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Creating fake, duplicate, or spam listings
Scraping, harvesting, or automated data collection
Attempting to manipulate search results or rankings
Harassing other users or businesses
Circumventing any security or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The WhatWhereWhen name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of WhatWhereWhen.ai. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings submitted by third parties. We are not responsible for transactions between searchers and listed businesses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatWhereWhen.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
