• Business name, address, phone, email, and other listing details you provide
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
• Search queries and general location data (zip code or approximate GPS)
• Device and browser information for analytics and security

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display your listing in relevant search results
• To process payments and send receipts
• To communicate about your account or listing status
• To improve the platform and prevent fraud

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Firebase / Google — database and hosting infrastructure
• Mapbox — map rendering (no personal data shared)
• Law enforcement, when required by law

4. Listing Information is Public

Information you include in a listing (name, address, phone, hours, etc.) is publicly visible to all users of the Service. Only include information you are comfortable making public.

5. Cookies

We use session storage to remember your search preferences within a single visit. We use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand aggregate usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

Active listing data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Free listings may be removed after 12 months of inactivity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
