Monthly plans (Standard, Premium, Featured) may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your listing remains active until then. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active through the end of the paid year.
One-time listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. If your listing has not yet been reviewed or published, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.
Listings removed for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds. If you believe your listing was removed in error, contact us within 7 days to appeal.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
